Raider track teams land fourth, fifth

The Lady Raider Track and Field team finished fourth out of 14 teams in the Panhandle Championships held at Pensacola Washington High on April 1.

Three Raiders place in state qualifier meet

Raider weightlifters Nolan LeMaitre, Virgilio Hunter and D’Wayne Carter each finished in the top four places in their weight category in the State Qualifier Meet held at Fort Walton Beach on March 30. However, they will not know for anther week whether they will compete in the state championship held in Kissimmee on April 16.

Raiders nip Niceville, fall to Pace in Bulldog Classic final

“This is baseball,” said Navarre High School head baseball coach Mickey O’Quinn after the Raiders’ 2-1 win March 30 at “The Hill” in Niceville, believed to be the school’s first-ever varsity win against the Eagles.

Lady Raiders clinch 1-5A regular season first place honors

Late hitting rallies provided Navarre with wins over Pace, 3-1, and Gulf Breeze, 5-2, last week. The victory over the visiting Lady Patriots Tuesday allowed Navarre to clinch 1–5A first place honors for the season and the win at Gulf Breeze on Thursday brought the team’s overall season record to 16-3.
