When Bob and Lark Harms started their coffee cart on U.S. Highway 98 in November of 2005, they did so with the help of another local family who offered them a chance to house the cart on the property rent free.
A bill called The Mature Driver’s Act suffered defeat this legislative session, but its sponsors remain committed to seeing legislation passed that would raise the minimum age for a driver’s license to 17.
