Despite winning just three games, some Raiders managed to shine in Navarre High School’s 2008 football season. Three seniors especially stood out – veteran leader Adam Hamilton and explosive transfers Kwamane Howard and Billy Mitchell.
Hamilton excels in the classroom and the gridiron. He was one of a handful of starters back from the Raiders’ 2007 team that finished second in District 2-4A and lost to Pace in the playoffs. First-year coach Chad Lashley said having Hamilton in the defensive backfield is like having a coach in the game.
