Navarre boys to play for district title

Navarre High School beat Fort Walton Beach 4-1 on Wednesday at NHS and will play Niceville at 7 p.m. Friday for the District 1-4A boys’ soccer championship. Ryan Olson scored three goals, giving him 36 for the season, to lead the Raiders’ attack. Cody White blasted home Navarre’s only other goal, Eddy Layne assisted on two goals and Jordan Supra had one assist for the home team. Navarre goalkeeper Amuia Alford saved six shots on goal by the Vikings.
Navarre, seeded second in the tournament, improved its record to 16-3-2. Niceville is the top-seeded side.
