The Raiders struggled to score and struggled to stop the host Bulldogs from scoring Thursday in a 62-39 loss at Crestview.
The loss came two days after a 65-38 Raiders’ loss at Pensacola.
Navarre started the game trying to match the ’Dawgs man-to-man, but 6-foot, 1-inch junior swingman Ronnie Baylark got into the lane time and again, making six-of-eight free throws while Crestview outscored the Raiders 20-8 in the first quarter. Navarre coach Klint Lay went to a zone in the second quarter and Navarre managed to gain a point on the host Bulldogs by halftime, heading into the locker room trailing 31-20.
