In the first half alone the Raiders had 12 corner kicks and continually pressured the Viking defense. Trailing by a goal, the Raiders managed to tie the game 15 minutes into the second half thanks to brilliant teamwork. Morgan Littlewood took a long free-kick that bounced high about 20 yards in front of the goal. Hannah Gullickson out-jumped the Viking defenders and headed the ball to the left side of the field. Hunter Moorer beat the Viking defenders to the ball and crossed a hard pass in front of the goal mouth to Jenny Fitzpatrick near the right goal post. Fitzpatrick buried a shot into the right side of the goal to tie the score at 1 each.

The Raiders record is 6 – 6 – 4 and 5 – 1 – 1 in district play. The next game is scheduled for Jan. 11 at West Florida.
