Fool's Invitational charity golf planned

Navarre Caring & Sharing will sponsor its Fourth Annual Fool’s Invitational golf tournament to raise money for the charity. Cost of the event, which raised more than $3,000 in 2011, is $45 per player, which includes golf cart rental and snacks. Cost is $12 for those snacking but not golfing. The four-ball scramble will begin about 9 a.m. Monday, Dec. 31, at The Club at Hidden Creek golf course. Check-in starts at 8 a.m. Golfers can buy up to four “Mulligans” for $5 each. Hole sponsorships are available for $50 each.
