Navarre’s volleyball team lost in four sets Thursday at Tate, 21-25, 26-24, 16-25, 26-28.
It was the Raiders’ second district loss, dropping them to 7-2 in District 1-6A. Navarre is 9-4 overall.
Kelly Barrett paced the Raiders with 23 assists and five digs, Allison Freer added 22 digs and four kills, Kelsey Belmain had nine digs, six kills and four blocks, Shamani Booker garnered seven kills, five digs and five blocks, Sarah Betts added eight digs and six kills, Miranda Gagnon had eight digs and Kiera Foster had eight blocks and four kills.
Navarre will play a non-district match at Fort Walton Beach at 6 p.m. Monday. The freshmen and junior varsity teams play at 4 p.m. and 5 p.m., respectively. The Raiders return to district action at home Tuesday against Escambia.
