Fort Walton Beach Choctawhatchee beat Navarre High School in four sets Wednesday, handing the Raiders their first match loss of the season.
Choctaw won 21-25, 25-22, 25-13, 25-27. The non-district loss drops Navarre’s record to 3-1 overall; the Raiders are 3-0 in District 1-6A.
Kelly Barrett dished up 29 assists for Navarre, Shamani Booker had 14 kills and 16 digs, Miranda Gagnon 16 digs, Allison Freer 13 digs, Sarah Betts 10 digs and three kills and Kiera Foster five kills.
Navarre returns to district action tonight at 6 p.m. at Escambia. The freshmen will play at 4 p.m. and the junior varsity at 5.
