NHS swim teams impressive in first meet

The Navarre High School swim team participated in an invitational meet including swimmers from 10 other schools on Oct. 2. The girls’ team placed third overall and the boys placed sixth.
"The boys appear to be in the middle of the district right now but are improving fast,” said coach Lauris Joyner. “With leadership from seniors like Lucas Crawford, Greg Matechik and Andrew Phillips, we hope to improve before districts.
