The Lady Raiders were favored to win their volleyball match at West Florida High on Monday and they did, 25-18, 25-14, 22-25 and 25-17. The host Jaguars put up a valiant fight by winning one game, something they were unable to do in the past two years.
Julianne Haun led the way for Navarre with 12 kills, six digs, two blocks and three aces. Lindsey VanBuren continued to show improvement as a setter with 16 assists to go along with five digs, a pair of kills and 18 of 19 serves. Jessica Blake also was strong as a server, making 14 of 15, including five aces. Hannah Pacholl worked well at the net with three kills to go with her four digs and two aces, and Janey Haun had five aces to go along with seven digs, two blocks and a kill.
