Senior Robbie Mann ended his varsity track and field career at Navarre High School by posting a personal and school record of 4 minutes and 20.45 seconds in the 1,600-meter run.
His time was good enough for sixth place at the Florida High School Athletic Association 3A State Meet, held May 6 in Winter Park, Fla.
His top-eight place finish in the State earned Mann, “All State Honors.”
Assistant coach Jeff Knapp, who, along with coach Tom Lintz, accompanied the Raiders who qualified for the state meet, spoke highly of Mann’s run.
