The Lady Raider Track and Field team finished fourth out of 14 teams in the Panhandle Championships held at Pensacola Washington High on April 1.
The Andrews Institute sponsored event was hosted by West Florida High School. Leading the way for the Lady Raiders was Charlee Beckett with a second place finish in the pole vault, and Ella Crouse with a third place in the 1,600 meter run and a fourth in the 3,200 meter run. Brianna Wylie also took home a fourth, fifth and eighth place in the 100 meter, 200 meter and long jump events. Beckett, a junior, said she wants to see her personal best in practice come out on the field.
