Navarre’s Lady Raiders avenged an early-season loss to Milton High School by defeating the visiting Lady Panthers,  25-20, 8-25, 22-25,25-22, 15-11 before bowing to undefeated Washington, 25-27, 15-25, 25-21 and 21-25 at home Thursday. "The girls played their hearts out tonight, but we made too many errors to beat a team as good as Washington,”  said coach Liz Pardue.  “But Washington soon realized that we weren’t going to make it easy for them and we gave them something to think about. Our players are starting to gain confidence and are starting to trust each other more and that makes things a lot easier.  The win over Milton was a good test and showed that we can win under pressure.”
