The Navarre High School baseball team scored a total of seven runs in two consecutive innings, but the Raiders could not push across the tying run from third in the bottom of seventh, falling to Pace, 8-7, on April 13 at Navarre.
Trailing 6-0 after two-and-a-half innings, the Raiders, roared back to take the lead, 7-6, after four innings.
Chris Wheeler's two-out, two-run homer over the left-field wall propelled Navarre to the lead over the stunned Patriots.
