Lady Raiders season ends with loss to Aggies

If the 1-5A district volleyball championship semi-final match between Navarre High School and Tate had been any closer it would probably have ended in a dead heat.  But there are no ties in volleyball. The host Lady Aggies defeated the Lady Raiders in five sets, 28-26, 25-23, 14-25, 24-26, 15-10 to advance to the championship match against Milton.

The Panthers kept their undefeated district record intact by besting Tate on Thursday, 26-28, 25-8, 25-17 and 25-21 in the championship contest.  Both teams will advance to regional tournament competition.
