Three unearned runs turned out to be the Raiders’ demise in a 5-4 loss to Jay at home April 4. Two days later, Navarre committed only one error against Pensacola and won easily, 10-2 on their own field.
With only two weeks left in the season, Navarre High School’s baseball Raiders have learned the hard way that when they play errorless ball, they can play with anyone, but errors give every team they play a chance. The better teams have taken advantage of the errors and turned potential wins into losses.
