It took Mother Nature to derail Navarre High School’s baseball Raiders in last week’s rain-shortened PowerAde Tournament. Navarre won its first two games, 5-3 against Choctawhatchee and 6-5 against Fort Walton Beach.
The last two games were washed out by thunderstorms and heavy rains.
The wins improved Navarre’s overall record to 7-6. The Raiders were 3-4 in district play. The Raiders were scheduled to host Harrison County, Ky., on Monday, March 30, and Pensacola on Tuesday, March 31.
