The Navarre Krewe of Jesters organization is gearing up for its third annual Rubber Duck Derby to be held at Juana’s Pagodas on Sept. 6.
According to organizer Wayne Hall, the event isn’t just a fun way to spend a sunny afternoon – though he promises it will be – it is a vital means for raising much-needed funds for the well-known philanthropic organization.
