Santa Rosa Education Foundation organized the 3rd Annual Mediacom Garcon Point Bridge Run/Walk
which happened on Saturday - October 23, 2010. Over 300 runners and walkers particpated on the 4.8 mile course that brought them from the North side of the Garcon Point bridge to the south. Pictures are HERE!  (Click HERE)

Navarre Raider Swimmers are the overall Santa Rosa County Champions for the 2010-2011 school season. The results were tallied after a swim meet on October 23, 2010 at The Club in Gulf Breeze. Gulf Breeze, Navarre, Pace and Milton swim teams participated. The girls came in first overall and the boys came in second after Gulf Breeze. However, combined scores of 846 put Navarre High School on top over Gulf Breeze High School who had 683 points.

Navarre crushed Escambia for the win, taking the Gators 51-7.

Fifteen active-duty airmen made it through Navarre Thursday, on their final stretch of an 860-mile march from San Antonio, Texas, to Hurlburt Field, Fla. in honor of Special Operations Airmen killed in Iraq and Afghanistan during combat operations since Sept. 11, 2001.
