Santa Rosa County Public Information Officer Joy Tsubooka announced Wednesday that District 5 Commissioner Lane Lynchard’s newsletter is available to residents on the county’s Web site, www.santarosa.fl.gov under “What’s Hot.”   Lynchard, of Gulf Breeze, is the “work” commissioner for all of south Santa Rosa County. He is the “voting” commissioner for the southwestern part of the county, from roughly Edgewood Drive to the Pensacola County line. Commissioner Gordon Goodin is the Navarre area’s “voting” commissioner.The District 5 newsletter includes a letter from the commissioner and information on upcoming recreation improvements, new signals on U.S. Highway 98, and the first-quarter response numbers for Lifeguard Ambulance Service, Inc. The public can visit the Web site to view current and past issues on the "News Page" and sign up to receive the publication of their choice automatically via e-mail by clicking “Join Publication Distribution List.” To ensure everyone can access the informational pieces, residents without internet access are encouraged to use the public computer resources available at one of the five county libraries or call 983-1877 to request a copy by mail
