The Santa Rosa County Board of County Commissioners will continue strategic planning and goal setting during a workshop on Thursday, Jan. 29, beginning at 9 a.m. in the board chambers located at 6495 Caroline Street in Milton. 

The meeting follows-up of the workshop held on Dec. 16.  Commissioners will work together set three-to-five internal and three-to-five external goals for 2009 and discuss how to best reach those goals. 

The public is encouraged to attend the meeting. Additionally, the workshop will be streamed lived on the county Web site at http://www.santarosa.fl.gov/bocc/meetings.html, and the entire meeting will be available for download at the same link by Jan. 30. A series of evening town-hall style meetings in each commission voting district will be scheduled to gather additional public input.
