Cold weather shelter to open

A  cold weather shelter for the homeless will open Tuesday, Nov. 25, at Ferris Hill Baptist Church, 6848 Chaffin St. in Milton.
Doors of the shelter will open Tuesday evening, receiving guests from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. and closing at 7 a.m on Wednesday, Nov. 26.  No one will be admitted after 8:30 p.m. unless brought in by law enforcement.
