Man arrested for lewd lascivious behavior

Harold Merchant

Harold Mitchell Merchant III, 38, of Gulf Breeze was arrested Nov. 27 by Santa Rosa County Sheriff’s Office. 

According to an arrest report, Merchant was charged with multiple counts of lewd lascivious behavior to 12 and 16-year-old victims.
