Drivers charged in collision

Two drivers in Navarre were charged by Florida Highway Patrol following an accident on Oct. 29 near East Bay Boulevard and Koppel Drive.

Kaursha Miller, 19, of Navarre was charged with careless driving and Ashley M. Russell, 29, of Gulf Breeze was charged with driving without a license, according to a FHP report. Miller suffered minor injureis and was transported to Gulf Breeze Hospital. Russell was reported as having any injuries.

Miller and Russell were both driving westbound on East Bay Boulevard. Russell was slowing down to exit the roadway and Miller failed to stop, which caused a rear-end collision.
