Robert Lynn Hill plead no contest to leaving the scene of an accident on Tuesday, Oct. 8 at the Santa Rosa County Court House.

Hill, 20, is charged with two counts of leaving the scene of an accident involving death and perjury in an official proceeding. He is the driver accused of hitting Technical Sgt. Dan Schoen and his wife, Staff Sgt. Erin
Schoen - two airmen stationed at Hurlburt Field. The Schoens had been walking their dogs southbound on Pawnee Drive, just a few blocks from there home, when they were hit.
Hill turned himself in the day after the Aug. 31 accident. He posted a $50,000 bond on Oct. 20.
His sentencing date is set for Jan. 8 at 2 p.m.
