Second fatality at College Parkway

Michele Gormley, 46, of Gulf Breeze died last night after a car accident at College Parkway and Fordham Parkway in Gulf Breeze.

According to a Florida Highway Patrol report, Gormley was driving her SUV north on College Parkway after 10 p.m. and traveled across U.S. Highway 98 and struck a stop sign with the vehicle’s frontend on Fordham Parkway at the intersection.

She was transported to Gulf Breeze Hospital. The report stated that it appeared that a medical condition may have been the cause of her death. The SUV only suffered minor damage.
