A deadly accident involving an Okaloosa County school bus and a vehicle at the intersection of U.S. Highway 98 and Rue Dianne Street caused major traffic delays in west Okaloosa County Tuesday afternoon/evening.

The driver  that was fataly injured in the accident was identified as 21-year-old Caleb N. Blake of Navarre, on Wednesday afternoon. He was the driver and the only passenger of the 2003 Ford Escape that hit a stopped Okaloosa County School bus. All 24 passenger's that were on the bus and the driver were unharmed.
