Warrant issued in carjacking case

A masked gunman robbed a Santa Rosa County woman at a Gulf Breeze credit union on Sunday night.  When he learned she had already deposited her money, he took off with her car instead.

Deputies have issued a warrant for 22 year-old Tirek Robinson.  Robinson is wanted on charges of robbery with a firearm, carjacking with a firearm or weapon and possession of a weapon by a convicted felon.

He is considered armed and dangerous.

Anyone with information about Robinson or his whereabouts is asked to call the Santa Rosa County Sheriff’s Office at 983-1190.
