After a 150-minute discussion, the Santa Rosa County Planning Board postponed for further study a new ordinance dealing with regulating wind turbine systems.

 

After input from businesses, the military, homeowners associations and residents, the board without objection tabled the issue until April.

"We'll bring back to the Planning Board specific options for those issues that have been raised tonight," said Beckie Cato, planning and zoning director.
