Officials confirm second death due to swine flu

A 34-year-old Santa Rosa County man is Santa Rosa County’s second confirmed death due to swine flu.

The health department issued a report yesterday confirming the death but would not release additional information about the victim, citing privacy issues.

 “Our hearts and prayers go out to the family,” said Sandra Park, A.R.N.P., administrator of the Santa Rosa County Health Department.  “The loss of a loved one is always a tragedy.”
