Mediacom and Sinclair Reach Agreement

MEDIACOM COMMUNICATIONS CORPORATION announced today that it has finalized a 12-month agreement with Sinclair Broadcast Group, Inc. covering retransmission consent rights for 22 television stations carried in Mediacom

cable systems. Additional terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

Mediacom Communications is the nation's 7th largest cable television company and is one of the

leading cable operators focused on serving the smaller cities and towns in the United States.

Mediacom Communications offers a wide array of broadband products and services, including

traditional video services, digital television, video-on-demand, digital video recorders, highdefinition

television, high-speed Internet access and phone service.
