Escambia County closes schools and seeks voluntary evacuations

Escambia County has decided to close schools Monday and Tuesday due to the possiblity of Hurricane Ida.

 

Escambia County is also seeking voluntary evacuations starting at 7 a.m. Monday for

1. Residents on Pensacola Beach, Perdido Key

2. Anyone living south of Gulf Beach Highway 

3. Anyone residing in a mobile home
