The Santa Rosa County Health Department will be holding a school-age immunization clinic at the Pullum Family YMCA. 

All of the immunization shots required for school, ages 4 - 18, will be offered.  There will be no cost for this service.  The clinic will be on the following days/times:

* July 29 from 3 – 5 p.m.

* Aug. 3 from 9 a.m. – 11 a.m. A list of the immunizations that will be offered is available at the front desk of the Pullum Y.If you plan to take advantage of this service, please call the YMCA at 936-0049 and let us know.  That way the Health Department will know how many children will be here.
