Lynchard to hold noise ordinance hearing

Santa Rosa County Commissioner Lane Lynchard will hold a town hall-style meeting at 6 p.m. Monday, July 20, at Oriole Beach Elementary School to discuss proposed changes in the county's noise ordinance.

 

 The public will have the opportunity to learn more about and comment on a possible amendment to the noise ordinance which would limit the repetitive discharging of firearms in certain single-family residential districts. A public hearing is scheduled for July 23 at 9:30 a.m. during the regular commission meeting.

 

Oriole Beach Elementary School is located at 1260 Oriole Beach Road in Gulf Breeze.
