GNBAA gearing up for Fall Festival

The Greater Navarre Beach Arts Association is in the throngs of preparing for its Fall Festival in October.

At the group's recent meeting, Connie Jones, chairperson for the festival, presented a tentative schedule for the event, which will take place in the parking lot behind Cocodrie’s on Navarre Beach.

The event will kick off with Latin Night from 7-11 p.m. Oct. 10, featuring the sounds of Dalena and the Island Brothers.
On Saturday, the Artist Market opens at 10 a.m. Jones said they expect even more artists this year.

Sunday kicks off with First Baptist Church services in the big tent at 9 a.m. The Artist Market opens at 10 a.m. In the afternoon, members of the University of West Florida’s symphony, jazz band and theater department will perform.
