Last Honor Flight April 12

Members of an Honor Flight last year pose outside the World War II memorial in Washington, D.C.The ninth and final flight of the Honor Flight Program will be April 12.

The honor flight program takes World War II veterans to see their memorial in Washington, D.C., at no cost to the veterans.

This flight will be the last because they will have provided flights to all veterans that applied to go. The pubic is invited to welcome the 103 veterans on this flight. The program asks that anyone interested please be at the Pensacola Airport by 6:30 p.m. on April 12.
