Florida-Alabama TPO workshops

Every five years, the FL-AL TPO updates the Long Range Transportation Plan (LRTP), which has a 20-to 25-year horizon to address road, transit, freight, bicycle, and pedestrian needs. This LRTP will encompass Escambia and Santa Rosa Counties as well as a portion of Baldwin County, Alabama. The 2035 LRTP, known as Transportation Blueprint 2035, will create a list of transportation projects. The list will include road, transit, bicycle and pedestrian improvements that are needed and will include how they may be funded up through the year 2035. This will become a blueprint for maintaining and enhancing the region's transportation system.
