Letter to Gov. Crist read today at SRC Commission Mtg.

County Commissioner Lane Lynchard read this letter at a special Santy Rosa County Commission meeting today. It had a great impact on those present and Commissioner Gordon Gooden said, after its reading, "This letter needs to be sent out IMMEDIATELY after this meeting." Commissioner Lane said he hoped "everyone above our pay level reads this."
