When dachshund owners Jim and Cheri McDonough moved to Northwest Florida from New Jersey, they missed getting together with other dachshund owners and enjoying the personalities of the dogs.
So, they started a new meet up group.
The Florida Panhandle Dachshund Meet Up Group meets every month in the Shoreline Bark Park in Gulf Breeze to “to talk about training issues, health and nutrition, and the crazy personalities of our popular breed, as well as let the dogs romp and play and make new friends,” according to their website.
