A relaxing and calm day at the beach for a Helicopter Training Squadron EIGHT instructor pilot quickly turned intense when he heard cries for help from the Gulf waters.
Chris Sehman, local businessman and owner of Helen Back Café restaurants, was honored with an award on July 6 to commemorate his winning the Zachary and Elizabeth Fisher Distinguished Civilian Humanitarian Award sponsored by the U.S. Air Force.
