The Air Force’s top officer met Hurlburt Field airmen and discussed the importance of command and control to the joint team Jan. 9.

Air Force Chief of Staff Gen. Norton Schwartz spent time with airmen of the 505th Command and Control Wing, a unit charged with improving and standardizing tactics, training, testing, exercises and experimentation for command of air and space power in the joint and coalition environments.
