At its regular meeting on Dec. 21, the Holley Navarre Water System board heard a report on the progress at the Holley Wastewater Treatment Plant. General Manager Ken Walker reported the work that Vision Construction Co. is doing for the structure was about 80 percent complete. Most of the remaining work involves installing equipment. The completion date is expected to be in April.
The board received the sixth payment request from Vision and voted to approve the $115,344.15 expenditure. The construction project is expected to cost a total of almost $2 million.
