Rob Marshall and Graydon Muller are used to heights.
As Air Force pilots based at nearby Hurlburt Field , the two spend a lot of time up in the air. It’s just that, most of the time, they’re in an airplane when they reach 16,000 feet.
This time, the two plan to reach that height the old-fashioned way, on their own two feet.
While most of their friends and family were busy around the Thanksgiving table, Marshall and Muller were setting off to scale Antarctica’s tallest summit, Mount Massif.
