Thousands lined the sandy streets of Gulf Boulevard on Navarre Beach to catch beads, moon pies – and glimpse of Navarre’s most mythical creatures.
Neptune, Santa Claus and Cupid captured the hearts of more than 30,000 revelers, all of whom braved the chilly temperatures to celebrate the pageantry and pomp that is Mardi Gras on Navarre Beach.
“It was a great parade,” said Wayne Hall, parade chairman. “It was a huge success and we are really pleased.”
