Workout with baby

New moms are now getting in shape by using  their own bundles of joy.

Baby Boot Camp Navarre is a unique 75-minute workout designed specifically to help moms get back into shape after having a baby.
Maria Tanner will train the new moms with her 8-month-old by her side.
“The program is for prenatal and postpartum women,”  Tanner said. “We do a variety of workouts from cardiovascular to weights and strength training. We incorporate the babies in our workouts.”
