Five-week program kick-starts a lifestyle of fitness

 

A 53-year-old man who was overweight and had a bad knee thought getting into shape was a distant dream.

 

Then came Fit In 5, a course that is four days a week for five weeks. No Time to Waist Fitness, Inc., is a local fitness company that guarantees results in the class and guarantees a healthier way of life after.

“Our primary goal for our Fit In 5 participants is an improvement in health and fitness levels,” said Amanda LeBreton, NTW Fitness, Inc., founder and an exercise physiologist.  “Weight loss and loss of inches just happen to be a welcomed byproduct of our clients’  improved fitness.”
