Santa Rosa County is a healthy place to live, according to a County Health Rankings report.
The County Health Rankings report was developed by the University of Wisconsin Population Health Institute through a grant from the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, according to Susan Howell, public information officer of the Santa Rosa County Health Department. This is the second year of the County Health Rankings, which ranks the overall health of nearly every county in all 50 states by using a standard way to measure how healthy people are and how long they live.
