Women’s fitness coach Danny Russo will lead a weight loss seminar at 6 p.m. Sept. 29 at the Pullum Family YMCA.
He will talk about the FEW (Food, Exercise, Water) program in a women-only event. Participants can learn how to eliminate water retention in 21 days, how to flatten their stomachs quickly, how to firm the butt and thighs while strengthening the lower back, what foods will help tone the body and burn fat and the feminine method of weight training.
