When it comes to workout programs, Christina Nosek has tried everything from joining female-only gyms to traditional hard-body gyms in an effort to get fit and lose weight.
But to the dismay of the 35-year-old mother of three, none of them allowed her to exercise comfortably on her schedule or with her children, ages 1, 3 and 10.
“I didn’t want to pay for my kid to be in a facility,” said Nosek, whose husband is a career enlisted United States airman.
Then Nosek decided to try out a new outdoor program, which is offered at Hurlburt Field, Destin Commons and in Niceville: Stroller Strides.
